Favorite movie: Inception - The concept behind it is incredible; being able to control and harness dreams is fascinating.

Favorite characters: Superman - He is truly selfless and serves others at all costs.

Favorite restaurant: Lucky Ginger in Milwaukee - love their Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles)

Favorite home-cooked meal: I have a german recipe from my grandfather for authentic Sauerbraten and spätzle. He is getting older and I finally got him to write it down so I can make it every Christmas.

Place I would like to visit: Greece

What family means: Family is the most important thing in my life. My wife and my kids are my “why” and everything I do is for them. My family is my safe place and my happy place; and I would move heaven and earth for them.

KEI is a great place because: It feels like a family. From top to bottom, everyone TRULY cares about me and my success. We all win and lose together.

Most meaningful accomplishment: My wife and I being able to be settled in what (should) be our forever home before the age of 30.

Most important lesson I have learned: All days are good, but some days are better than others; so don’t forget to smell the flowers.

Best advice I can give: Life is too short to take anything too seriously; live a little.

What’s your dream job: To be in sales leadership training. To be able to work with new people in an organization and help train them to be highly successful.

Favorite up north spot: Minocqua

If you had a time machine, where would you go: Go back and be able to witness the building and engineering behind the 8 wonders of the world

First job: I worked in a high-end movie theater, outside of Chicago.
