KEI Ranked One of Top Snow Contractors in North America

Kujawa Enterprises Inc. ranked number eight on the 2009 list of the Top 100 Snow Contractors in North America and number one in Wisconsin, according to GIE Media’s Snow Magazine. It moved up from the previous list’s 14th slot overall.

“Last year was a typical, busy season for us,” says KEI President Sally Kujawa. “But this is a large part of what we do. Since 1965, we’ve handled every snow season Mother Nature has thrown at us.”

KEI’s experienced employees, high-tech equipment, and reputation for consistent, quality performance are the cornerstone for the company’s snow removal success, Kujawa says.

“With the winters we have around here, you need the best. Fortunately, we have many employees who have been with us for years.  They are well-trained and use the most effective snow removal equipment in the industry,” Kujawa says.
Last year, over 100 KEI snow experts handled 78 inches of snow for more than 60 commercial clients on over 124 sites, going south to Kenosha, north to Port Washington, and west to Oconomowoc. KEI has successfully serviced many of these clients for years and has a client retention rate far above the industry norm.

KEI is currently gearing up for the 2009-2010 season when the Snow Desk will again be monitored 24 hours a day. Meanwhile, equipment is being prepared and staged, and personnel are continuing their on-going training so everything is ready even at the earliest signs of snowfall.

“We are an industry leader because we take great care of our clients,” Kujawa says. “We also take care of our employees by giving them the proper training and the best equipment. This is how we stay at the top, not just in the Milwaukee area, but nationwide.”
